The documentary “After Zika: The Consequences of an Epidemic and the Struggle for Social Inclusion in Primary Care” discusses the impacts after the outbreak of the disease in 2015 for families living in Salvadoran communities.

In collaboration with members of the Community Child Development Project (DICa Project), the film describes the key role of Primary Care in ensuring that children born with congenital microcephaly can access the resources needed to develop language, motor and cognitive skills.
